| Discussion: | The board discussed the violation letters and some changes the board would like to see as a result of feedback from homeowners. The board mentioned they wanted to see a copy of every violation letter before it is sent to the homeowner. The board discussed different amounts of time for different violations for compliance. For example parking on grass should be immediate where are structural changes they have 30 days. |

The board asked Mr. Outlaw to see what boats there are in the neighborhood that are not behind a fence and in compliance. Randall mentioned that the board needed to do a review of all. |
